Port Comm Error

I have a 2018 AR240 and I got a port comm error on the connext screen for the first time yesterday. The tach worked normally when engine is running, but then oscillates from 0-max back n forth when engine is off.
Batteries are both new and fully charged and I don’t see any loose contacts. Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting? . Thanks in advance for your help.

Here’s a picture of the system diagnostic page not sure what HS09 is but that’s the only thing showing an open circuit
