!!! PRICE REDUCTION - $45000 !!! Wife found the boat she likes and wants to move this one fast. By the way, I really love my wife.

2015 AR240: Much loved and enjoyed, extensively upgraded, well maintained with MANY EXTRAS including a YAMAHA YES WARRANTY good through 3/28/20.

96 HOURS

$50,000

I bought this boat with the intention of using and enjoying her for many many years to come, and that is how I took care of her. My hope and intent was to keep her long enough for my boys to take her over and add to the memories. Much like my brother and I did to my father’s old runabout some 35 years ago. My sons are 8 and 6.

But plans change and we are trying to get her to a new family as we move in a different direction (read: Wakeboat).

She runs like a champ and have not had any issues with her. There is a photo with my notes of the maintenance.

All the vinyl was treated with 303 Aerospace Protectant pretty much before and after every use and season.
The hull has been waxed at least 2x per season with MeGuiar’s Flagship Premium Marine Wax.

After every use the boat was washed down with Gel-Coat Wash and Wax.

Upgrades (conservative costs of over $7000, plus installation):

From Will @JetBoat Pilot

-PerfectPass, with Will’s custom casing (See photos)

-SeaDek

-Throttle Sync

From Jeff @Cobra Jet Steering LC

-Cobra Venom Magnum AK steering

-Cobra EZ Locks

From Yamaha:

-JL Audio SLAMPAK Tower Kit

-JL Audio SLAMPACK Interior Audio System

-JL Audio MX650 6.5” Marine Speakers x2 – installed mid-cabin near pilot and co-pilot

-Deluxe Premium Mooring Cover X2. One has been used since purchase and the other is brand new in unopened box (See Photo)*

-Deluxe Swivel Wake Board Rack – Port and Starboard. Port is removable version

-Yamaha OEM Table and leg X2 – Rectangle and Kidney (see Photos)

*I also have the shipping cover

*I also have a shrink wrap cover. The boat was shrink wrapped last offseason (2016-2017). The vendor said the cover can be re-used for 3-5 years. Incidentally, its first offseason (2015-2016) she was in covered storage.

MISCELLANEOUS:

-Galvanized Trailer

-Maxxis M008 tires

-KeelGuard

-Stolz Bow Roller

-Two new extra stock impellers (traded original snap-in carpet for these last year)

-Complete set of new spark plugs (the right ones!)

-Flush Port adapter (because the ports are too damn low!)

-Sticker Removal (YUP!)

-Engine Hatch Foam adhered properly (Seriously?)

Maaannn I love that colour. Not tryna hijack your post but where did you get the extra table and table leg from? I need a table leg to mount my grill but the kidney table would be nice too.

Shop Yamaha website. Probably find it cheaper elsewhere on line, but they list the "kidney shape boat table" for $209.99. Extra leg, called "Yamaha table stanchion" lists for $201.87.

Grensboro, North Carolina. Never near salt water.

No reasonable offers refused!

I wish I had the dough. This this is right and close.

No doubt. Tempted everytime I log in here and see it. Right in my backyard too.

We're up at Kerr Lake this weekend. We really love this AR240, but we had a ride in the moomba mojo we are looking at and wife gave direction to aggressively try to sell the AR240.

A serious, reasonable, offer would be hard to refuse.

What is the height with the tower down?

Several low balls. Working with someone on trying to sort details, but as always cash in hand makes a deal.

Port side has the pin that allows it to be removed. Starboard does not.

Of course, both sides can be taken off by dismounting (un-screwing) the bracket.

Perfect pass servo motor mounted in engine compartment in the throttle cable.

That pic is starboard side.

Is your boat still for sale?

Deal made, closing pending
