I have read up on the various threads regarding pump sealing that people do to fix cavitation issues and the sometimes subpar sealing from the factory. My question is this: should everyone just seal the gaps in the intake tunnel with 5200 just as a matter of course? Seems pretty easy (if a bit messy) to do and that everyone will eventually need to do this at some point. Is my line of thinking correct? Can it screw anything up?
