Radio/DIN Plates

I've replaced the stock JBL radio on my 2010 SX240 with a Fusion RA40. The hole in the dash is a bit smaller.
Any suggestions on plates to cover the hole ?

I've got on order a blank plastic to make my own. I'm wondering if anyone has done this and has suggestions ?
