How difficult is this? We found a high and dry but apparently we may have to lower the bimini for storage. I'm pretty sure it's the same model/size as the 2021 Yamaha 252. Thanks in advance.

Can you clarify ”lower the bimini?” The Bimini tilts. Its really easy. And the entire tower lowers forward a little. There is a clip on either side. I have lowered and raised the tower myself but its easier with 2 people because in my case….when i raise the tower …. One side needs to be pulled outward slightly. But otherwise…If you are looking for a couple of extra inches, you will find it there and its quite easy.

Lowering the tower and attached bimini gets you an additional 13" of space. As Sonic Blue stated, there's a clip on either side of the tower at the base that you undo and then the whole tower lowers. Manageable with one person, easier with two people. Takes less than 1 minute to do.

Pretty straight forward with one person.
