Does anyone know where I can get an aftermarket exact fit replacement Bimini canvas, or has anyone had a new canvas custom made who might still have the pattern and could make one for my 2008 SX230HO? I am wasting my time on island but could take it to Florida with me and get a firm to make a copy. The original Yamaha seemed a bit thin but I have to admit that it has lasted 7 years, most of the time its been out in all year Caribbean sun. I will check with Yamaha Sports Plaza but maybe I could get a better quality material from a custom shop, Sunbrella for example. Look forward to any comments, thanks.

I had mine done in Sunbrella last fall. Zippers on/off frame and zippers for side shades/screens. I don't think she made a pattern. And besides Florida is much closer than Vermont. The fabric is heavier than the factory cover. There are many canvas shops there, I am sure someone here can direct you to a good one. If not, here is a link to her business via Facebookhttps://www.facebook.com/clothncanvasllcvt/?ref=aymt_homepage_panel and a screen shot from 09/14/16

Zipper thanks, I have been a bit distracted with three hurricanes.....................

@scopeusa Ya, I have been watching. How are you doing?

With a CAT 5 coming directly at you, with a forecast tidal surge of 15' - 20' and my house on the canals I bailed out to the UK. I was going back on Tuesday but bailed out again for my home in Georgia. There are no prizes for hunkering down, fortunately the surge did not come up to expectations. My home apparently survived without a scratch, on the other hand a 40' container I had at the docks with about 3,500 lb of cargo was tossed about 300'. Crossed fingers for Maria, cheers.
