Hi All, my gauge cluster on my 2015 165HOI had some defects on the glass. The dealer I purchased it from is over 4hrs from me.
So, still under warranty they shipped me a new gauge cluster from BRP. It's 4 screws and one quick connect wire harness, it took all but 15mins to remove old and install new. I put key in and it would not start, gauge cluster would turn on and go through its cycle and the engine would just turn over and over but engine would not start. I unplugged the wire harness from the gauge cluster and it started right up.
Questions; is there any type of calibration or process needed to make the new gauge assembly talk to the engine? Or is it just plug and play ?
Thank you,
Bry

@Bry-n-Jess-165/HOI Its a warranty issue, and if you do not have the proper software to marry the new cluster to the engine it will not work. These clusters are very common, and when mine did the same, they had it replaced in 2 weeks.

I know you can marry the cluster with the Candoo Software and box. Not a fix for the dealer but and option.
