Evening..

Purchased a new and improved fuel sending unit for my 2007 AR210. Got the tank hatch off and going to throw the sender in tomorrow...

Two questions...

1. Do I coat the included cork gasket with any type of sealant?
2. Any specific torque on the bolts holding the sender or just snug?
3.. I know i said 2... but any way to test for leaks other than taking the boat out and sloshing it all around and sniffing for fuel?

Thanks!

Did you get answers to your questions? I need to replace my sending unit as well.
Any chance you can link to the replacement that you purchased?

I didnt get answers. I did not use sealant... I took boat afterwards and sloshed it around pretty good.. Didnt see or smell fuel.

Call Mary at 386-423-3574 395088 part number. Tell her its for gasoline. That's where I got mine.
