Reupholstering the interior

My rear bench (engine cover) seats need reupholstered. All of the other interior is in good shape. The seats are ripping at the piping. It's not terribly noticeable, but it's only going to get worse. My wife and friends tell me I'm being picky. But when I bought the boat, flawless vinyl was a requirement. I obviously didn't get everything I wanted so it's time to fix that.

Does anyone know any affordable/reputable reupholster shops? Maybe local or somewhat local to Dayton, OH? Do any members here do that kind of work? I found the copycat upholstery website and sent some pictures. They had a reasonable quote, but I have to peel everything off and ship it to them. I'm scared I'm going to have issues reinstalling it. What about skins? Do they sell replacement skins for my boat?
