Greetings. Looking for some guidance regarding reverse gate cable. I have a 2010 212x and the starboard cable has jammed on me. I will use Julian's "how to" thread to guide me through the process (thanks). What I need help with is the proper cable to get. The OEM cable states 128" length w/ 3.25" throw. The Teleflex Xtreme 3300 cable has a 3" throw. How much does the cable travel matter in this application? Also, can I use the black jacket premium Xtreme cable. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
