Would a Ribbon Delete MOD work on an MR-1 engine?
I have a 2008 SX230HO. Trying to get to 50 mph! Top speed right now is 47.

I've read that the MR-1 does not benefit from the ribbon delete. Same goes for the supercharged 1.8l engines, the boost pressure compensates for any restriction. The normally aspirated 1.8l gets the benefit of better airflow.

If you want to hit 50, go out with low fuel and no passengers, on a slightly rough day with mild chop. Glass gives some of the worst top speeds.
