Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. 2020 242X right side speakers all go staticky from time to time. Tower speakers remain fine. Probably about 50-60% of the time. Dealer first said it was a battery issue and replaced the battery. No better. Then they said it was wired wrong and they fixed it. No better. Now they are saying that when the battery gets low it will always be staticky until turning on the boat and letting the battery charge or trickle charging before every use. That can’t be right can it? I use the boat every two weeks minimum and the batteries show charged. Shouldn’t need to trickle charge should I? Any help or ideas are much appreciated as the sound system has never worked well consistently due to this issue.

That is frustrating. I don’t buy the low voltage static bit from the dealer. Really...just that one lucky speaker? Sounds like bad wiring/connector to me or perhaps a bad speaker.

It's actually every speaker on the entire right side channel with the exception of the tower speakers. This tells me that it is most likely an amp issue or a wiring issue but I am far from knowledgeable. Obviously if it was a low voltage battery issue others would be having the same issue. Was hoping I could get confirmation from a few other 242X owners one way or the other.
