Rocket Launcher Replacement Inserts

I have a 2019 FSH 210 with the T top and rocket launchers. The rocket launcher inserts have basically turned black and nasty. I have tried everything in my arsenal to clean the embedded black crud off, but nothing works. The photo shows what the outside of the tubes look like, but the insides are solid black.

Does anyone know who may sell replacements?
