Scarab 195 ID 200hp only getting 7k rpms

So I have a scarab 195 200hp and I have the aftermarket solas impeller and plastic wear ring that was replaced not too long ago no gap in it and I seem to be only getting 7k rpm’s and 36mph with just me in it and I see other people are able to get 7500 or even 8k could anyone explain to me what could be wrong
