I recently bought a 2008 Sea-Doo Challenger 180 with 67 hours. When should the carbon Seal be replaced? It has never been done before due to the low hours. It was water tested and was not leaking when purchased this past October. Thanks

congrats on the boat and welcome to the forum. the carbon seal is done on as-needed bases. so if you're not having any issues with water leaking from around the shaft, or cavitation on take-off, you're good to go, until you begin to develop symptoms, then it may be time to take a look at the seal. so enjoy the new boat!!!
