I bought a 2010 Sea Doo Challenger. After having it on the water all day I made a rookie mistake and sucked the rope into the impeller. I shut the boat off rather quickly and was able to remove the rope from the bottom if the boat. The rope was just barely touching the actual impeller, but was wrapped around the drive shift housing. The boat will rev up on land, but will not rev above 2200 rpms in the water. I changed the wear ring and impeller. I do not know what to do now. Any advice would be appreciated.
