Just actually installed my SeaDek from the fall discount JetBoat pilot offered today. I modified some of the templates to combine some pieces (i.e. one piece ski locker).

You could reach out directly and get enough people that a discount might be option. Best of luck!

I ordered it as normal and simply left an email message about which number "sections" I wanted to combine when I ordered it from JBP. They confirmed via email a few times. Was only an additional $100 for two pieces to be combined IRC (ski locker and helm section I believe). I wanted a cleaner look and less pieces.

I think I saw another forum member do the same and get the idea or saw it online elsewhere. JBP is very friendly and helpful. They are already have the templates for the boats so you could customize the colors, thickness, patterns, etc. Just depends on taste and how much money you want to spend.

I'm in for my 16 242LS - my carpets after 4 seasons smell horribly and I've tried everything from vinegar, carpet steamer, sunlight, mildew etc. - still start to stink after 1-2 days use. So - how do we order, and 2 - I'm in SoCal - how do I find an installer that can do it for me?

I put a simple squirt of 5200 in my screw holes after removing them.

That is what I did. The only problem with that approach on my boat is that they are a couple of holes that will not be covered by the seadeck so it is not pretty. I might put some gelcoat in the future or leave it there to warn away the evil eye !!!!!!

Don't forget these pieces. Just put them in you can still use the center cushion. One of the best upgrades i have done yet.

This will give me something to look forward to this fall while the boat is out of the water. I used JBP for my Hobie ProAngler and loved teh result.

Any chance of getting the Sea Deck mats with snaps?
