Easy install and removal if I would want to go back and forth between the stock carpet and SeaDek. I've searched the forum and see there are some real positives to having it permanently installed.

I can’t wait to get in on the order. I’m so done with my stinking carpets which i can’t get rid of the smell. I’d love suggestions on what SeaDek packages and options are worth getting from other boating members.

I have the 195 series and ordered the seadek specifically from Jet Boat Pilot during their fall sale. (you can head to their website now and look at he pieces and layout for your boat) I believe it was 20-30% off last year if I remember correctly.

As far as options, really depends on your preference. I used the standard layout/template JBP already had made for the 195 series. Only custom things I requested was to turn the ski locker piece from 2 pieces into 1 piece and the same with the pieces around the helm/passenger chair. This way it was one piece instead of a seam around the chair support (required removing the seats and leaving the support and column in place.

You could also have a variety of colors, thickness and design with logo's etc. Browse around the site to see what other members have done with their 24' to see how it looks and find what fits your needs and budget. JBP from a customer service end is great to deal with via email/phone should you have any questions.

The positive being that it doesn’t get all smelly and gross under the carpet, really didn’t like the snap in carpet. Only thing about Seadek is it shows dirt pretty easily. Easy to clean though.

All of my swim platform mats started to peel off this year. If there's a group buy this fall it looks like it's time to replace them with Seadeck.

SeaDek is superior, but if the mats are in good condition you can use contact cement to glue them back in, even of just for now. Just mask the area around the mat so if the contact cement oozes out, you can easily clean it up by pulling the masking tape.
