Like a ton of other members, I recently bought new SeaDek for the cockpit and swim platform. Upon installation of the lower swim platform, I discovered an issue I could not live with. The table mount was apparently mis-drilled during manufacturing and is located forward and to starboard of where it should have been perJetBoatPilot's well templated kits. To install the stock mats, I would have to cut them...significantly... and there would always be a 3/4" gap.

When asking Will's advice on trimming, he empathized with this extremely rare situation. He graciously offered to modify the template file moving the center of the circle to my actual table mount location and fabricate new custom mats at an extremely fair price. A few days later... Abracadabra!

I know I may be preaching to the choir; but it is so refreshing to do business with a company that really understands customer service. Thanks to Will and the JetBoatPilot team. You are awesome! I am very happy with both the product and the company who sold it to me.

I wonder how they could be mis cut when they are cnc cut. I do cnc programming all day every day. They don't mess up. Every boat would have a name that he would choose to cut it out from on the cnc machine.

The mats were cut perfectly. The table mount on my swim platform was screwed up by Yamaha during manufacturing so the perfect mats did not fit my imperfect boat. It was clearly mis-drilled on install as there are are four unused holes covered up by the table mount flange in addition to the six seen. Proof to me they goofed and made the best of it. This pic shows how off it was from center and where every other early SX210 boat has it located. Clearly off center/forward.
