A picture might be helpful.

My thoughts are….
Can you remove a nearby cup holder?
Can you remove a nearby transoms speaker?
You might need to remove the tray where the clean out ports are. When your remove that (dozen or so screws) & need to losses up the 3 hose clamps of I recall correctly (one at the top of each clean out port and one for the drainage valve), you have pretty good access to the bilge area.

Not sure where you are located or if you boat in salt water, but I see you have a 2012, so it might be worth going this route and checking all your hose clamps.
