When cleaning the boat I noticed that the ski locker ballast bag still had a few inches of water in it even after running the over drain. Anyone notice this? Is there a way to make sure the bag is pumped dry?

I wouldn't worry about it unless you do a lot of travel between different bodies of water. The leftover water won't harm anything, just make sure to disconnect and dump at the end of the season.
