We seldom use our ski mirror. its usually in the way, a blockage if you use the bolster, or simply a big nasty bracket in your face if we stow the mirror itself between uses.

Anyone move this to the passenger or port side of the boat, or another place?. I could raise it up higher on the tower, but then it starts to get over your head and easy to smash your face on.

I cant imagine the viewing angle would be that decent anyplace else.

I actually repositioned mine this year about halfway up my tower. I can see under it when i am on the bolster and isn't in my way when I stand up. I love it now. Last year I wanted to throw it in the lake. This might work because I am vertically challenged. 5' 10".
