Attaboy.I got seadeck burn on my knees![]()
I gave myself some serious mental pain and anguish last night. When I got home from the lake, I unhitched without putting any chocks behind the wheels. When the tongue popped off of the hitch, it caused the jack to bounce off of the block it was on. The trailer started rolling down the back yard in to the hay field with me holding on to the tongue, running with it, trying to stop it, in the dark. I knew there was no fence or trees very close, but the short time that it took to roll 30-40 yards to an uneventful stop seemed like eternity as it was happening.

I've popped a rib by leaning over the side and pulling up my anchor. It seems that the starboard top edge of my boat fits neatly in between two of my ribs. I know this for a fact because I did it two years in a row![]()
Got tired of taking off the cushion to get to the cooler stored under the seat behind the helm last month. Decided to leave it out and announced it to everyone to watch out when entering the boat from the lounge area. My wife didn't hear. She stepped over the rear seat and her foot went down all the way to the floor inside the storage area as she fell forward. I thought she'd broken her leg for sure. Luckily it was just a bad bruise.

that's where we store our cooler as it's less wear and tear than using underwear storage
That brings a whole new meaning to "piss warm beer"![]()
I took off a nice chunk of skin on my ankle while standing over the ski locker grabbing life jackets. My son was too impatient wanting to get from the bow to the swim platform and thinking I was done, pushed the hatch down. Needless to say my lower right leg and ankle was not clear of the falling hatch. Those edges are a little sharp!
