Prime New York Strips, that were sous vide to medium rare and finished on a very hot pan to caramelize. They were served with Steak fries and saute asparagus. The dinner was accompanied with a 2017 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. [flag]

I've been thinking about trying this in my Ninja, but am weary.

I did some St. Louis ribs in it the other day under pressure cook. 20 minutes in there and 5 minutes on broil - they came out amazing.
