Spartan Race

Anyone on here ever ran a Spartan race? OMG I did my first yesterday here at Wintergreen Va. . My course was half the race because it was sponsored by Biggest loser.....but let me tell you the 4 miles we did was on the same course as the Spartans they had a total of 8 miles. It was hard and challenging as crap. The real Spartan racers were great. They helped each other and if you were looking at an obstacle they would stop and say here....step on my shoulder.

I did the almighty mud run this year, it was a blast and pretty challenging! 25 obstacles in 3.5 miles of up and down forest trails. I like doing stuff like that.
