SR230 engine seize

I when to the lake last weekend one of my engine on the left side seize , so when I got back home and open up the air filter there a lot of metal . So I open up the valve covers and one of the valve cap pieces every where . I remove the cylinder head and found three valves broken and the #3 piston with a hole , and the cylinder look very clean like something is washing it
