Any ideas of cleaning?

Also inside my anchor locker has stains or mildew, any ideas of removing.

Its mold...simply use anything with bleach like Tilex w/bleach. Spray on and wipe/brush off after a couple minutes. Rinse well with fresh water and keep the bleach off of the upholstery stitching. Its not the end of the world if your need to bleach the stitching but it can accelerate stitching to break down. If there is a ghost of a stain left in the vinyl, let it sit in the sun for days or as long as it takes for the sun to bleach out/kill the mold on the back side of the vinyl.

I agree with @Murf'n'surf . That is I do the same thing just with soft scrub w/ bleach.

I have found this to be very effective on my upholstery from removing stains and keeping mildew away. Once I clean the whole interior with this, I use boat bling vinyl sauce and condition sauce to keep the vinyls like new. This works really well for me. Best cleaner I've found for me. Just remember to use some kind of vinyl condition once dry.
