Stains on side of hull 252S from Mooring cover

I’ve had to start storing my 252s outside and have the black mooring cover on it. I am noticing a lot of drips on the side of it from the cover after it sits for a while and after raining etc. I am thinking it may be from dirt in the air etc. it doesn’t completely come off the hull with the usual cleaning of boat juice. Any ideas how to get that stuff off? Do I need a buffer etc? Thanks.

Try a Mr Clean magic eraser, I use them all the time! Good luck.
