Since my boat is at the dealers I cannot confirm if the stern pull up handle can be removed (the one between the back cushions). We want to place a logo in the center and the graphics guy said it would be easier to remove the handle, attach the logo and then put the handle back.

Of course it can be removed. Open up your clean out tray and poke around for the nuts.
 
Had to remove mine to get the decal on. Be careful not to drop the nuts.
