Straight line tracking

I’m looking for some advice from the collective mind. My AR190 pulls to the right when running at high throttle. I need to turn the wheel nearly half a turn to the left to maintain a straight line. I have ThrustVector Wake installed. I put a pool noodle in the nozzle to see the direction of the nozzle. Looking at the nozzle, it appears to be straight when the wheel is straight.

Any suggestions?

If your nozzle is straight, then that should not be the issue. Unless the TV-Wakes are wonky.

The next thing would be weight distribution. Batteries are on the opposite side of me in my boat, as I'm the biggest. But even on a 24' boat, I can see handling differences depending on where folks sit.

My 2019 AR 195 does that sometimes. Sometimes it is to the left, sometimes straight, and sometimes to the right. I think it has to do more with current and wind then the boat itself. Also check for weight placement. That can affect things.

Weight and wind do that to me sometimes.

The 19ft boats are LIGHT for their size, so they are influenced heavier with external factors.

I actually have Cobra on mine and it helps greatly. It is a Fantastic product.

In my 210 FSH depending on wind and current it still “pulls” on way or the other, from time to time. I have the Cobra Super Magnum AK-19 DELUXE with fangs! Helps a ton, but old balance, wind and current will ALWAYS be and issue.

Thanks for the responses! I was initially worried about wind (I run in reservoirs mostly, so current isn’t as much of an issue), but the last time I was out, we had a pretty stout wind and no matter which direction the wind was blowing relative to the boat, the boat would still pull to the right. I’ll have to check the weight distribution. Typically, other than my personal ballast , I tend to have most of my passengers on the left side of the boat.

The other option is to upgrade. I’ve been working on the boss about pulling the trigger on a AR240(250?).
