Sugar Sand 95XR turning over, will not catch

Hello All!

I just purchased a 97 Sugar Sand Heat 95XR. We put her in the water and had it running great, did not have the foresight to check the fuel gauge though, and ran her dry. We had a friend run us out some fuel, but after topping off the tank we ran into the issue of the motor turning but not catching. I am looking for a pressure release valve, but am having trouble finding it, wondering if there are any other trouble shooting steps I can take, or directions on where I can find that pressure release valve.
