It was a wonderful night to take the boat to dinner. Did a few hours of night boating after too.

We were on Fox Lake and Pistakee all day. The best day of the year so far.....

That was at Nauti Knots on Bluff. Had a good dinner there then headed down the long channel to Petite, Fox and back up to Grass to get gas at Blarney. From Blarney we ran down to the McHenry no wake and back up through Pistakee up through Grass Lake and back to Marie where we live. We did not get back in until after midnight but yeah, like you said, it was such a beautiful day on the water that we just kept on cruising.

I thought that was up on Lake Bluff.

We swam most of the afternoon in Pistakee Bay and then went to look for a place to tube and kneeboard. We play it by ear on the weekend, because as you know the lake can be an a-hole convention. Our favorite place, Stanton Bay, was smooth and uncrowded so we spent the remainder of the day there.

We ate lunch at Freddie's and were going to have dinner at Docker's (North end of Pistakee) but our Mairna had a pig roast and we ended up going in early for that. We wouldn't have been able to stay out late with our nav-light problem anyway.

Sometimes we go down the river to the Snuggery or to downtown McHenry for pizza or Thai. We like Fairmont Shores, on Fox Lake, too.

We stay away from Vicki's

Eric
