What's everyone making for the Super Bowl? I went to the meat store on my way home from work. The smoker is going to be busy this weekend. Pulled pork, baby back ribs, smoked buffalo chicken dip, and a couple ribeyes to start it all off!

Prime rib on sat for overnighters.
Pulled pork sliders, abt's, and my first moink balls on sunday. Making a fatty for breakfast sammie too. Will try to take some pics
 
Moink balls - have to look that one up. @Bill D , have to see the smoking set up. coal, pellets, other? Prime rib is so awesome on a weber rotisserie (gas grill). Made that for xmas, let it spin for ~ 2 hours.
 
I smoke prime rib til rare, then you can hold it til ready. I plan to slice into steaks and finish on a hot kettle. Rotisserie is on my wish list tho.
 
Oh, moink balls are bacon wrapped meatballs covered in bbq sauce. Smoke til golden.
