SX195 trim tabs

Hi All
I have a 2022 SX195 and am looking to add trim tabs. Has anyone had experience with trim tabs on a boat like this, and if so, what is recommended (make/model).

The boat planes out OK, but if I don’t have an even weight distribution, I run heavy on one side. I would like to balance the boat out.

Can you not simply have people move to another seat? Or distribute the cargo more evenly?

I find one average sized adult doesn't make much difference port or strb. Two or more makes a difference and I tell them to move or shift to balance out.

I’m considering adding trim tabs to my AR210 and have been reading through all the threads. This one seems to be the most recent activity. I’m not looking to add them to “even out” the boat. I’m wanting them to stop porpoising. 2 ft chop in the river on my ride back can be brutal. I hear these stop that. So what’s the downside to having them? Cant say cost because none of us are in this hobby because it’s cheap

I have trim tabs on mine and now I don't porpoise. I put them on for the exact same reason, to even out the 2ft or so chop. The admiral is so much happier. It is like night and day. No downside what so ever. Just another install.

Thanks. Install looks like a pain but it also seems I have more room to work with on my boat.

Install is not bad, just takes time to do it right and run the cabling.

Which side tends to run low? Mine was the driver side. I added a 2nd battery on the port side, problem solved.
