I wanted to get thoughts on tapping into the existing ballast fill pumps to fill additional bags while wake surfing on the stern of my boat. Plan on buying parts from Wakemakers which would include:

Y fitting
inline check valve
tubing
ball valve

Would like to tap into the starboard rear ballast tank (non surfside) pump and have the ability to pull the tube out of the locker to fill additional bags then tuck it away when not in use. This would maintain functionality of oem ballast tank and allow capability to fill additional bags.

any thoughts on this? and.... Does anyone know the diameter of the onboard ballast fill tubing on the 212x before I order the wrong parts?
