Tensioner MR1: Two different units?

The right one is for MR1. But the second can I use too. Is little bit stronger and bigger:IMG_20190309_172107.jpgIMG_20190309_172020.jpg

Sorry to reopen an old thread but has anyone reused an old timing chain tensioner? If so how do you get the plunger to release and retract?

Follow up.....it retracts with a small straight screwdriver. Remove the center bolt and turn it to retract it.
