The toggle switch to move between modes, displays options, etc. broke and felt off and need to fix it or replace it. I am not sure if I found all the parts to try to glue them or simply need to fully replace it. I haven’t found it online to avoid buying it with the markup from MarineMax.

I have had no luck looking for it online.

It's made by Carling Technologies Part# could be 1334R (Red LED) 12 Volt. I just sent an email directly to the manufacturer.

Any idea where I can buy it?

Thanks!

Thank you! @PanamaJet, I have not, but looks promising.

I understand it can be replaceable using something similar, I just wanted to make sure the functionality was the same and keeping some harmony between all switches, avoiding to create a frankenstein version of it :)

Hello Everyone...

Here is the information I got directly from an Applications Specialist from Carling Technologies. The replacement for that specific switch is the part# LT-1581-611-012 , unfortunately it was not available in the page shared by @PanamaJet (nevertheless thank you very much!!!). It was available through the following link provided by Tina http://www.onlinecomponents.com/carling-technologies-lt1581611012.html?p=16999925

I have also included the Data sheet for the part in case somebody needs it.

Contact in Carling T. (Great support!)

2016 Scarab 195 HO Impulse
Hello! I just purchased a pre-owned 2016 Scarab 195, and I am super excited. I am trying to get everything perfect. There is one broken switch that is just behind the throttle called ADJUST. It is a CARLING TECHNOLOGY SWITCH and one of the following based on the data sheet:
*Possible switch configurations you can have with the 5 terminals:
On-On= LT-1541-601-012
ON-Momentary On= LT-1551-601-012
On-Off-On= LT-1561-601-012
On-Off-Momentary On= LT-1571-601-012
Momentary On-Off-Momentary On= LT-1581-601-012
I have included some photos but the “1525R” is actually a “date and batch” stamp rather than a part number. It may be LT-1581-601-012 which is the same as the earlier post or LT-1561-601-012, but I don’t really understand the difference or what the ADJUST toggle switch even does. Thank you for the help!

Wild guess, but an adjustment would seem to be a temporary input either way, which is what the "Momentary On-Off-Momentary" would do. That toggle would probably return to center after being released.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, it looks like I incorrectly ordered the slightly wrong one. I spoke with Carling Technologies and they confirmed that I should order the “Momentary On-Off-Momentary On= LT-1581-601-012”. So I have now moved forward and ordered that piece. Thank you so much for your help.

Hi D Scarab NY! My apologies for the late response. Please feel free to message me directly and we can discuss on the phone the process for removing the throttle to access the toggle switches. I am not very mechanical and I was able to do it. Just start on the Throttle removing each screw and pieces and take photos each step. Should take 30 minutes tops. Good luck!

Just got the toggle switch from amazon! I’m going to install it on Sunday. I’ll be sure to message you if I have any problems. Thanks!!
