touch screen issue 2020 210sx

I've searched and sorry if I missed this info, we are shopping for our first jetboat and looking at a 2020 210sx that says there is an issue with the touch screen.
Just want to get an idea if this is a normal issue and what I should expect, cost wise, if have to totally replace and is that part available. thanks

The note says: touch screen is not working properly, it displays everything properly from the home screen but navigation through the menus has not worked since last month. This may be an easy fix or require replacement.

The good news is that those displays appear to be in stock, and even on sale, now (PartZilla):


I would offer the seller 2k below average (not his price) as you'll take delivery of a non-functioning boat, have to order a $1k part, and will need to spend your time (or dealership rates) to install.
