I added bunk slides to my boat trailer. 24 slides with 6 SS each. I installed these just before I recovered the boat from a day on the water so to make the job quick I partially installed all of the SS screws and eye balled the slide positions on the bunks (I.e., no measuring, just started at the end of each bunk and worked my way to the front). I plan to put glue (4200 or 5200) over the screw heads (to preclude them from vibrating loose) the next time out just after launch.

@Ronnie did you notice any difference in loading or unloading the boat on the trailer?

I have only had to use the winch once this season so couldn’t tell by that but it does seem like the boat slides up the bunks with less throttle than I used before/last season.

Here are a few pics of the new wired 3 camera (dash, cockpit/rear view and trailer camera) system I purchased. I have not wired the camera to the trailer yet since I just got the additional cables offline. Display is a touch screen built into the rear view mirror. So far this seems like a great system.

My first time using the front hitch for something other than pushing the boat around. I don’t like seeing the handle bars while driving but do like that I now have the option to. We plan to take these scooters with us every time we go boat camping.
