Do pvc boats slide better on standerd boat bunk carpet or pvc bunks?
Turing my diy double kayak trailer into a 18 foot inflatable hauler.
I have never delt with a dingy before.
My neighborhood ramp is the inspiration for this whole project, is super shadow and the ramp has a gaint whole at the end.
Most of the time / tide... I can at best get half the trailer in the water, most of time less .. so I am going to have hand winch/ or drag the boat up the trailer, and also cheat the boat forward on the trailer to get it in my garage, and cheat backwards on the trailer not to jack knife.
Probably, the longest shortest question ever 😆.

Show us your dinghy! My aluminum rib dinghy slides fine on carpeted bunks. I did have to modify the bunks, higher to keep the inflatable hypalon sections off the fenders and step. Check your trailer bunk boards!!
