Trailer jack height

Good evening,

Anyone feel like the trailer jack on their 21ft yamaha boat doesn't go high enough? When I unhooked my trailer from my Explorer (after picking up my new boat from the dealer) I had to step on my bumper to lower it's height so I could pull off. The jack was extended all the way and the boat sits perfectly level when towing. I don't think my hitch height is to high.

on my 2011 trailer it goes very high. I will have to see if i have a different jack than you on the 2015

My jet ski trailer does this its very annoying. When I bought the boat the original owner broke the jack stand when trying to get the trailer on my truck so I have had to replace it so unsure if it did the same thing.
