Trailer leaf spring U Bolts

Even though I hose it off and apply silicone spray, my leaf springs and u bolt shackles and nuts are looking rusty on my 2017 shorelander trailer. I want to replace the shackles. Has anyone ever done this before?

You can get new ones at Autozone. I've done that for pickups before. Measure the square tube used as the axle there, as well as the length you need.
