None really. Reseal with silicone. Likely, several screws you will find are cross threaded or stripped and turning.

I resealed with a thin vinyl weatherstripping. No more fighting caulk!
Only other thing to watch is that there should be 2 band clamps around the cleanout port tunnel and the drain. Pull off that oblong port and you should be able to see them. Unscrew them first, then go after the hundreds of crossthreaded and stripped ones around the edge...

None of mine were stripped or cross-threaded, it was actually a pleasant installation experience.

I'm just wondering if the fiberglass holding the transom cup holders is strong enough to hold a fishing pole under the load of a good sized fish. I see you're near the Columbia River but also driving distance to the ocean. Not sure where you fish. When I bought my 06 SX230 the previous owner had a rod holder mounted to the stainless steel tow bar which is plenty strong.
