Does anyone know the manufacturer/brand of the transom remote on the 24 22's? Referring to the remote-control keypad, page 136 of the owner's manual states, for operating instructions, refer to the stereo system owner's manual included with your boat.
The was no manual with the boat and the dealer has no idea. Maybe mine isn't connected, but I can't seem to get it to work.

is it hardwired? I know Fusion's new remote for the older Fusion-based systems is battery powered. I also believe the 2024's ditched Fusion...

It's not Fusion. I believe it is hardwired. I will doucheck next time I'm at the boat.
Just got the boat back from the audio upgrade this afternoon, components were wired to the Conext except the power to the amps which were run to the battery.

Did you verify the remote was working beforehand? Sounds like your installers could've missed reconnecting something?

It wasn't working before the install. I didn't think to check it when we picked the boat up a month ago.
We rejected the boat we were supposed to pickup as it had some gel coat and and fiberglass damage low on the hull when we inspected it. Fortunately the dealer had a second one, but it hadn't been rigged yet. So it made for a hectic day being out of state buyers with a couple hour drive.
