So i basically plowed through my rope line and did not notice until my boat would not start. So I had to row boat to boat ramp and that is when I cut the tangled rope line by the intake where propeller is. I looked at propeller for damage and could not find however it is not spinning freely therefore boat won't start.
Any HELP would be appreciated as I am just frustrated at the moment and maybe i passed over a detail that t need to figure out.

Were you able to get the boat out of the water and onto the trailer?

I would recommend pulling the pump. That sounds like a huge thing, but it is really not. 4 bolts and disconnect the bucket cable. Pull it out and you will have the impeller there in your lap. Whatever remnants are around you will be able to see and clean it all up.

Yes, i got out of the water into trailer, now it is at home. I was dreading pulling out the pump however i don't see much other choice. Thank you for the info, i guess i'm going to take a look after I eat. I appreciate the help

You’re going to need to pull the pump. It is not a hard job and plenty of info on here to help for that job. It will be good practice for you next time you may suck something up. You can also try laying on the ground and using a long knife try to cut out the rope through the intake grate but it’s likely not going to get to every strand and pulling the pump would be the easiest way to ensure you got everything.

Don't worry; you won't need to pull the pump every time you suck something up. But even just pulling it once will teach you a lot about the structure down there. So when you pull the cleanout plug and reach your hand down there you can visualize much better what is going on after you pull the pump.

Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for all the help however I ended up going to my dealership to pull out the pump since they do a great job the boats. It was costly however boat performance improved. Next time I will think about doing it myself.
