I’ve got some vibration under acceleration with no loss of power and seems to be gone once the desired speed is reached. The jet pump was just rebuilt and wear ring is new. I inspected the impeller for any debris stuck in there when I pulled the boat out of the water, but did not see any anything.

It vibrates worse under throttle over 5000 rpms when the boat is out of the water. My next thought is removing the jet pump and inspecting everything further. Maybe something is tangled on the spline that cannot be seen with the pump on the boat.

This issue started on the first ride of the season after jet pump rebuild.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Same response Facebook, but good for record keeping here.

Vibrations are almost always some sort of debris. Pulling the pump is well worth the effort. But you should make sure you're inspecting around the entire pump from the intake side and the net nozzle side with a flashlight. May save you from pulling the pump. If you've done this already then yes, I'd pull the pump. Fairly easy to do and doesn't take long.
I'd rule this out before going through any further troubleshooting.

or an out of alignment engine or a bad motor mount did anyone move the engine, when the boat was worked on? that has a sea doo engine and those are bad for motor mounts.

I had a similar thing - for some reason after coming out of canals at no-wake, i get on the throttle and get real loud vibration / noise. So I thought maybe I sucked something in, do some reverse and forward it went away. So though nothing of it. Took out the boat again following weekend, same exact thing again - what are the odds I am sucking in dirt through the no-wake (pretty shallow) area before I get into the open? Is it possible to happen every time? It does go away after few min when I do some reverse and forward, etc. Is it just debris? Boat is a new SX220 with barely any hours on it.

Moving slow in shallow or deep water is when I usually suck up debris. The boat doesn’t push away stuff as well at low speeds. It happens to me all the time when pulling out of the ramp area. Yes, it is just debris. Although I will say that I’m pretty sure I sucked up a body one time. I had to turn the boat off for that one and couldn’t find anything in the clean out ports. Turned the boat back on and it was fine. 20 minutes later a body was found floating at that same place. ?‍♂️
