Wake Tower FLag Holder....Don't buy this one.....

you can cut them down.

For flags and flag holder check out these guys. There stuff is top notch. Watch their videos where they show how they're better than the competition. I've purchased 2 flag holders and 3 flags. There products are rated to 50 mph!!!

Flag Holder & Flags | Big Air
I've been having issues with mine spinning. Tried loctite to no avail. Does not want to stay where it is mounted no matter how tight it is.

Also, while they claim up to 40mph (used to be 50 like you stated), the flags don't hold up for daily boating. Mine started coming apart the 2nd outing. My boat tops out with people and gear at about 38mph (GPS onboard) so I know I never hit 40mph. I contacted them and while they replaced it, they also said it was a 1 time replacement as it's not actually rated to take speeds everyday like that.......... Pretty disappointing on their part to advertise something but say something different afterwards.

That's disappointing. It should not matter if it's everyday or once a year. I wonder if their quality has dropped. Their videos were quite convincing in the pull tests. I have had no issues with mine and have not moved since installation. Hec, I forgot to take the flag down once and went under a low bridge. The pole bent; the holder stayed put.

OK, so I got it mounted. I'm not 100% sure I like it, but its enough to give it a try tomorrow.

Replying to myself as an update to the thread.....since I started it, and it's come back to the top thought I would take a second and respond back with some info.

Flag is about done. This will be it's last season. The ends are tattered and ripped, and it's ready to be retired. I'll be donating it to the local Boy Scout Troop for a proper retirement.

The pole looks like it's brand new. ZERO issues there. I still have the plastic electrical taped into place, and it seems to hold it acceptably.

Mount STILL rotates around a little bit. I set it to perfectly vertical when we setup for the day, and by the end of the day it's "leaned back" quite a bit. Has held up to 40mph surface speed headed into 15+mph winds a few times running from storms. I suspect that was the flags demise as well.

Overall it's a decent setup. Hardest part is remembering to put it up before we get moving.
