I have a 2020 AR240. I folded the tower down for the first time and noticed that the port side supporting wire for the tower is not connected to anything. Any recommendations on how to fix this? Thank you20250715_120241 (1).jpg

There is just a nylocknut and washer on the end. It goes through the bracket when the tower is up you go from underneath to access it

Thank you so much for the info. Follow up question.....Do I access underneath by removing the back cushion directly below? I see that there are 3 screws underneath....will there be a hole to access underneath the tower?

I dont know if there is access behind the cushion. Some have gone up through the battery compartment and reached up i guess

Look for the nut and washer under the rear seat where the batteries are. They would have fallen down. You can also use a flashlight and look at the other one that’s still connected to see exactly what pieces are missing so you know what you’re looking for. Then have the smallest person you know climb in and lay on their back. Hand them a flashlight and a ratchet with several extensions. You will probably have to hold the piece from up top so they can thread the washer and nut back on.

I had to do this very thing. Wasn’t bad at all.
