Water flowing out flush connector?

Was puttering out last weekend and noticed water flowing out of one of the flush connectors. I did not have the flush connector caps on, so screwed them on and went on with my day. I often do not have the caps on and have never had water coming out before, nor was water coming out of the second connector. Does this possibly indicate a blockage in the cooling line downstream of the flush hose connection? Thoughts?

One of my flush ports started to leak this year. I stumbled on this and replaced them. I temporarily clamped the hose before I got to the replacement. I think as long as you are getting water out of the pee holes you are okay. https://jetboaters.net/threads/flush-port-replacement.9201/

@Sacamano, cool, thanks for the reassurance, pee holes seemed to be OK. YES should cover, so now will see if my local dealer can actually schedule me to get work done without waiting 3-4 weeks.

Hmmm...I'm not an expert on this but you are probably developing about 25 psi at WOT. I would be more concerned about water NOT leaking out an uncovered flush connector. You may want to consider examining your engines with an infrared gun just to be sure.

I'm pretty sure there's a check valve in the flush connector. So there's probably either debris or a bad seal causing a bit of water to leak by.
