Water under starboard front locker

Had to cutout a hole in the starboard front locker floor to do some repair on the bottom hull. Shocked to see there is water in there after the boat has been sitting for months in a dry garage. How is water supposed to drain out of here and how did it get in?

Unless the trailer jack stand is cranked up higher, that will be a low spot in the bilge. That outer hull goes all the way back to the drain plug. That area of the bilge needs to be higher than the drain. Put a level on the bottom of the hull.

Yup you have to jack the boat way up to get water out. Found that out after my first year of owning the 192. Man that water smelled so gross and rotten lol brings back memories.
